With two degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and over 37 years of experience successfully implementing technology solutions for over 150 small businesses, home offices and individuals, I approach every new project with care, listen carefully to your concerns, learn your existing process and develop solutions that are simple, functional and hassle-free.
These solutions range from custom database programming to building websites to designing, building and installing networks. To ensure successful adoption of the solutions implemented, I provide documentation and training, and work with my clients until they achieve self-sufficiency. I have many times been the first-call support for my clients and make myself available 24 hours a day.
